CMS to Host Introduction to Workers Compensation Medicare Set Asides (WCMSAs) Webinar

On May 30, 2025, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published a notice that CMS would be holding a webinar on Tuesday June 17, 2025 to go over the basics of WCMSAs including purpose, submission guidelines and administration as well as to offer some WCMSA best practices.
