2025 Sanderson Firm Year in Review

As 2025 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on what has been one of the most meaningful and transformative years in Sanderson Firm’s history. I am incredibly grateful to our clients, partners, and our growing team for the trust and support that made this possible.

A Year of Growth in Every Sense!

2025 was a year of extraordinary growth for Sanderson Firm, both in impact and in people. We nearly doubled our employee count, expanding our team across legal, clinical, compliance, and operational departments. In addition to adding many new employees, we also promoted our employees from within and had 13 internal promotions this year alone. This growth wasn’t just about numbers, it was about strengthening our culture, deepening our expertise, and ensuring our clients continue to receive the individualized, high-touch service we’re known for.

One of the highlights of this year was welcoming Annie Davidson to Sanderson Firm. Annie’s experience, leadership, and commitment to excellence have already made a powerful impact on our organization. Her addition represents our ongoing investment in world-class talent and our belief that the best results come from the best people.

Major Achievement & Industry Recognition

This year, Sanderson Firm reached several milestones that reflect both our hard work and the trust our clients place in us:

  • Debuted on the Inc. 5000 list at #92 among the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

  • Achieved more than 3,600% revenue growth over recent years.

  • Expanded our national footprint and strengthened our reputation as a leader in Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance.

These accomplishments validate what has always driven us: a commitment to excellence, integrity, and thoughtful, defensible compliance solutions.

Staying True to Our Mission

Even with our rapid growth, our mission remains unchanged, which is to deliver legally sound, clinically informed MSP compliance solutions that protect our clients and serve injured workers and beneficiaries with dignity and care.

We continue to differentiate ourselves by combining legal and clinical expertise under one roof, offering strategic solutions rather than “one-size-fits-all” products. By offering “out of the box” solutions, we are saving our clients a considerable amount of money, both with Medicare Set-Asides and with Medicare conditional payments. For example, this year, Sanderson Firm saved one of our clients just over $11 million dollars on 108 claims as a result of our clinically based allocations and proactive clinical mitigation which promotes more reasonably accurate Medicare Set-Asides. On the Medicare conditional payment side, we saved our clients $22.5 million dollars across both traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans!
