UPDATE: CMS Postpones Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside (WCMSA)
On March 24, 2026, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a notice postponing the WCMSA Reporting Webinar originally scheduled for today, March 25, 2026. The webinar has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
As we previously blogged, CMS had announced the March 25, 2026 webinar to review the WCMSA reporting process implemented in April 2025, discuss issues encountered from CMS’ perspective, and review WCMSA reporting best practices. We expect the scope and format of the rescheduled webinar to remain the same, and CMS has not publicly stated a reason for the postponement. In the meantime, participants are still encouraged to submit general questions in advance to PL110-173SEC111-comments@cms.hhs.gov.
