Sanderson Firm Welcomes Durwin Fuller, Jr., Esq.

June 24, 2026; Bradenton, FL—Sanderson Firm, a national leader in Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance solutions, is pleased to announce the hiring of Durwin Fuller, Jr., who joins the firm as Vice President, Legal Strategy. In this position, he'll lead strategic legal initiatives focused on Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance, regulatory risk management, and complex settlement planning. With more than a decade of experience in MSP law and policy, Durwin partners with insurers, employers, and legal professionals to develop compliant, forward-looking solutions that align with evolving federal requirements and industry best practices. His work centers on helping clients navigate the complexities of MSP compliance while minimizing risk exposure and ensuring sustainable outcomes.

Prior to joining Sanderson Firm PLLC, Durwin held leadership roles with MSP compliance vendors, most recently serving as Vice President overseeing a multidisciplinary team responsible for Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) allocations and claim resolution. In this capacity, he developed and delivered national training programs on MSP compliance and was a frequent lecturer on related topics. Earlier in his career, Durwin practiced Medicare compliance law at national law firms, where he built a strong foundation in both the legal and analytical aspects of MSP compliance.

Durwin earned his Juris Doctor from University of Pittsburgh School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Temple University.
