Amended Review Slashes WCMSA by $200K+

CMS originally approved a WCMSA in the amount of $281,717. The parties approached Sanderson Firm requesting assistance with CMS’ Amended Review process. We prepared an updated WCMSA report with more than $200,000 in savings because the more recent medical records supported removal of a TENS unit and significant medication changes. Despite the need for additional physician visits and urine drug screens, the revised allocation totaled a much more palatable $80,501, which CMS approved via Amended Review.
